Time has increasingly become an integral and critical element of the design and construction process. It is a fact of virtually every business that time is money, particularly with financed construction projects. We are quite sensitive to these facts and are accustomed to meeting tight schedules and working under fast-track procedures. We develop and track project schedules throughout both the design and construction phases of all projects.

Many projects include comprehensive plans of phasing and staging. This is often necessary to execute new construction and renovation work in or attached to existing buildings while keeping existing operations continuing, often on a 24-hour-a-day basis. Phasing is also utilized for fast-track construction to get new construction underway and facilities on line as quickly as possible.
