Georgian Apartments The Georgian Apartments are located on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana in close proximity to the Garden District, providing 151 apartment units to University students at Tulane and Loyola Universities. Renovations included re-construction and rehabilitation of parking areas, living units, administration spaces, and building infrastructure.




Steeplechase Welcome Center in support if this 192-unit complex, LDL/Lachin designed the Steeplechase Welcome Center to house management, leasing, and business functions. Building style and scale were carefully fitted into the fabric of an existing residential area through the use of comparable building materials and extensive landscaping.



Trinity Cottage This traditional Louisiana cottage was originally conceived in the style of the out buildings and caretakers quarters which comprised the fabric of Southern plantations. The building features custom salvaged millwork in a simple yet proportionately attractive cottage. The interior is accented with Cypress flues, beams, and all modern conveniences. With porches and storm shutters, raised construction and high ceilings, the building is designed to be compatible with the unique weather patterns on the Gulf Coast region.




TGI Friday's Restaurant; Covington, Louisiana The Covington location of T.G.I.Friday's Restaurant is the first of its type, not only in St. Tammany Parish, but anywhere in the United States. This project was conceived in close cooperation with the corporate owners and parish planning departments to feature both new and existing landscaping and an outdoor patio area. The building includes, in addition to the T.G.I.Friday's signature décor, a state of the art commercial kitchen and custom HVAC system design.


Greenwood Cemetary Mausoleum Expansion Now into the fourth phase of expansions with the construction value over $6 million, Greenwood Mausoleum will offer an additional 1200 crypts in an open garden style setting, which will become the center court of a fully enclosed and air-conditioned mausoleum facility. The expansion will feature landscaped courts anchored by a central fountain and covered space for funerals.
