Clearview Shopping Center Expansion Plan Renovation and expansion of Clearview Shopping Center located on Veterans Memorial Blvd. the major retail corridor in the metro New Orleans area. This older center sought to reposition itself in the market through expansion into an entertainment retail concept by adding a 20 screen multiplex theater, food court, and resubdivision of retail spaces.



Village Aurora Shopping Center Redevelopment Plan Redevelopment of Village Aurora Shopping Center, located on the West Bank of New Orleans, involved the demolition of 48,000 square feet of existing retail to make way for 170,000 square feet of new retail expanded onto the adjacent vacant property.



Northshore Square Mall Expansion Northshore Square Mall expansion program included expansion of 4 of the 5 anchor tenants, Dillard's, Sears, Mervyn's, and J.C. Penny adding approximately 130,000 square feet of gross leasable area (GLA). Parking layout of the mall was reconfigured and expanded to accommodate the increased GLA.

Springdale Mall The Springdale Mall was overdue for improvements needed to maintain its presence as the premier retail center in the community. Through an overhaul of mall entrances, common areas, and retail tenancies, Springdale was restored to its stature as the preferred shopping destination. Vast sky-lights, lavish landscaping, and several thousand square feet of retail expansion contributed to the overwhelming success of this project.



Plaza Shopping Center The Plaza Shopping Center renovation transformed a late-sixties shopping center into a contemporary regional mall with an entirely refurbished interior and new mall entrances. Skylights and new lighting were added to create a new character to the mall, along with a food court, fountains, and extravagant landscaping. New entrances featured glass-canopied walkways and an inviting reconfiguration of access into and throughout the building.
